This article explains how to access and use the Micro Video Library aligned with the Hexagons content for Leadership and Sales in Momenta. This library is part of the Standard Collection and integrates directly into coaching journeys.

What Is the Micro Video Library?

This is a curated collection of short-form Micro Videos aligned with L1 and L2 Hexagons in Leadership and Coaching and Sales Micro Videos. They are designed to reinforce behavioral concepts through engaging video nudges.

Where to Find the Library

  • Standard Collection: Go to Standard Collection > Leadership and Coach
  • Folder: Open the folder titled 01 - Hexagons
  • Index Access: Use the Hexagon Index if you want to let coaches or participants choose Micro Videos dynamically

How to Add Micro Videos to a Journey via Coach Placeholder

  1. Navigate to the Journey Flow editor for your target journey.
  2. Click the 3-dot menu on the relevant Stage and choose “Add Placeholder”.
  3. Select “Coach Placeholder”.
  4. Enter a title and click the “+” next to Selection List.
  5. From the Leadership and Coach collection, scroll to 01 - Hexagons and select desired Micro Videos.
  6. Save and publish your changes.

New Feature: MV Bot Content Type

As of August 2025, Micro Videos now support Bot Object integration in place of Action Objects.

  • Removed: Linking Action Objects inside Micro Videos
  • Added: Support for linking Bot Objects (e.g., AI bots or interactive flows)
  • Behavior: Bot Objects open in an overlay window, improving participant experience
  • Path: Client Folder → Micro Video Template → Practice and Take Action Section → Bots

Authors should update Micro Video templates to replace any deprecated Action Object links with Bot Objects. Testing in participant view is strongly encouraged.

Watchouts

  • Do not copy Micro Videos unless absolutely necessary; link them from the Standard Collection to receive updates.
  • If using the Hexagon Index, make sure the experience is clear and well-explained for self-navigation.
  • Test overlay behavior using a test participant to ensure videos open properly and linked content behaves as expected.
  • Update Action Object links inside older Micro Videos to Bot Objects, as the previous method is deprecated.
