Add Coaching Sessions or Pods to your Journey

1. Enter your journey and go to the Journey Flow tab.
2. Find the module where you want to add the session and click the three dots.
3. Select Add Activity → scroll to Session Booking.
4. Fill in the session title and indicate if it is virtual.
5. Choose the appropriate Session Type from the dropdown.
6. Optionally, enter the session duration.
7. Click Save, then Save and Publish your journey.

This process applies to both individual coaching sessions and pod sessions.

Closed Pods

• Participants are pre-assigned to groups and time slots
• Calls are scheduled by the deployment team during the upload process

Open Pods

• Participants can choose a time slot when visiting their journey
• Session availability is shown in real-time

Workshops

• Workshop sessions are for large group scheduling
• They can also be set as open or closed
• Note: Face-to-face workshops are not supported in Momenta

The Coach Feedback Questionnaire is managed entirely in CoachOS. It is not a visible element in Momenta but is delivered to participants via a unique email link.

Steps to Add the Feedback Survey:

1. Log in to CoachOS and search for the relevant program under “Programmes”
2. Click into the program → select Add Activity
3. Choose the activity type: Feedback
4. Ensure the Feedback Notification setting is enabled at the cohort or project level

Notes:

• No participant login is required to complete the feedback survey
• Participants will receive the link via email
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure all notification settings are correctly configured
