How to enable and use the Angular (Standard) dashboard in Momenta to access user data, quiz scores, NPS, Go-Dos, and other participant-level analytics.
Overview
The Journey Data Page (also referred to as the Angular dashboard) provides standard reporting for your Momenta journey. You can enable this for stakeholders or facilitators to access progress data, user inputs, Go-Do status, and more.
While useful for quick insight, it has limitations, and for more complex needs, we recommend requesting a custom Power BI dashboard.
Enable Angular Dashboard
- Go to Experiences & Cohorts and find your client.
- Click the 3-dot menu on the journey and select Edit Journey.
- In the left menu, select Journey Configuration → Dashboard & Reporting.
- Toggle ON the Standard (Angular) Dashboard.
- From here, you can enable or disable dashboard widgets (see next section).
Key Reporting Features
- User Summary: Track login activity, completion progress, and export cohort-wide metrics.
- User Responses: View quiz answers, selection inputs, and open-text responses. Customize visibility by JSID.
- Go-Do Status: Monitor Go-Do commitment progress, including by theme. Export available.
- Actions: See all user-created actions (distinct from Go-Dos). Includes theme and status breakdown.
- Quizzes: Review scores per question and user. Visual average score graph and individual answer exports included.
- NPS: View participant Net Promoter Scores submitted via NPS slider blocks.
- Assessments: Download reports or raw data for users. Includes regenerate option if reports are missing.
- Discussions: Track engagement and comments by user. Export all participation data.
- Minisim: If configured, the Minisim dashboard will be shown under its own tab.
- User Report: View individual user's journey progress (activity/module/stage).
Stakeholder Access
Once the Standard Dashboard toggle is enabled, the client-facing dashboard becomes available at the following URL format:
https://clientnamedashboard.btsmomenta.com
All participants with the Facilitator role can access this dashboard. This is different from the Report Reviewer role required for custom dashboards.
Watchouts & Troubleshooting
- Custom dashboard needed? For exporting survey answers, evaluations, and Go-Dos—request a Power BI dashboard.
- Missing JSIDs? Go to Journey Config → Dashboard & Reporting → Customize → Add missing JSIDs under “User Responses.”
- No stakeholder dashboard loading? Email data.support@bts.com to enable the public-facing dashboard URL.
- Assessment report missing? Use the "Regenerate" button in the Angular dashboard under the Assessment tab.
- Data team contacts:
- Custom dashboard request: Pedro Matos
- Power BI additions: data.support@bts.com
- Urgent data need: Email both Pedro and data support team
