This article explains how to grant access to the Momenta Dashboard (Standard or Custom) to BTSers, clients, and other stakeholders by assigning the Report Reviewer permission. The dashboard is accessible via a dedicated URL and supports both email/password login and SSO with two-factor authentication.
Access Requirements
Before assigning access to a dashboard, make sure the following conditions are true:
- The dashboard has been activated for the journey
https://[clientname]dashboard.btsmomenta.com
- The person exists in Momenta as a user/participant
- They have a valid email address that can receive verification codes (no test emails like
user@test.com
) - You have permission to assign the Report Reviewer role in that client collection (must be a JSM, Collection Owner, Support Helpdesk, or Test User)
How to Grant Access
- Go to the Participants tab in Momenta Admin
- Search for the client and locate the participant by name or email
- Click Edit next to the participant
- Go to the Participant Permissions tab
- Select the correct journey from the dropdown
- Tick Report Reviewer and press Save
Note: If the user is in multiple journeys under the same client, you must assign Report Reviewer and Facilitator roles in each journey.
SSO Access for Dashboards
To enable SSO access for the dashboard, follow these steps:
- Ensure SSO is already configured for Momenta participant login
- Go to Client Settings in the Admin portal
- Open the LMS tab
- Toggle on Dashboard SSO Enabled
- Copy the following values from the Journey SSO Config section:
- Issuer
- Entry Point
- Callback URL
- Certificate
- Paste these values into the new Dashboard SSO fields
- Click Save
2-Step Verification
All dashboard access is protected with two-step verification:
- Go to the dashboard URL (e.g.,
https://clientnamedashboard.btsmomenta.com
) - Enter your email/password or login with SSO
- If using email/password:
- You’ll receive an email with a verification code
- Enter the code on the verification page and click Submit
Note: Users cannot log in with test or placeholder email addresses.
