Find a Journey

This article explains how to find and access journeys or cohorts in the Momenta platform. Use these steps to open the journey management screen, configure cohorts, or manage participant access.


Finding a Journey

Option 1: Search via Client Collection

  1. Navigate to the Client Collection tab on the left sidebar.
  2. Use the search bar to filter for your client.
  3. Select the client to open the folder view.
  4. Click into the correct folder to view all journeys assigned to that client.
  5. You can:
    • Click the journey name to open the Journey Management Screen, or
    • Click the three dots (…) to move, copy, delete, or manage cohorts and data.

Option 2: Search via Experiences & Cohorts

  1. Click Experiences & Cohorts in the left sidebar.
  2. Use the left-hand search bar to search by journey name.
  3. Or use the drop-down filters on the right to search by client.
  4. Click the three dots on the far right > Edit Journey to enter the Journey Management screen.


Finding a Cohort

Via Experiences & Cohorts

  1. Search for your journey via the Experiences & Cohorts screen.
  2. Click the three dots next to the journey > Cohorts.

Via Client Collection

  1. Search for your client using the Client Collection tab.
  2. Open the folder and locate the journey.
  3. Click the three dots next to the journey > Manage Cohorts.

From either screen, you can:

  • View existing cohorts and participant rosters
  • Create new cohorts
  • Access cohort-level configuration options


Accessing Recently Viewed Journeys

You can quickly access any journeys or cohorts you’ve opened recently:

  • Go to the Momenta homepage/dashboard
  • Look under the My Recent Items section
  • Click directly into a recently accessed journey or cohort


Watchouts & Considerations

  • Journey Lock: When you click into a journey, Momenta automatically locks it for editing. Be sure to exit properly to unlock it for others.
  • Multiple Folders: If your client has multiple journeys, be sure you’re selecting the correct folder to avoid making edits in the wrong place.
  • Search Sensitivity: Use exact or partial names when searching. Typos may prevent results from loading.
