Packages in Momenta

Packages are modular learning experiences introduced in June 2025 as a 6-month market test. They support simplified content delivery with limited setup and are designed for fast engagement without requiring a full Journey structure.

Use Case: Delivering a standalone video or Go-Do with a due date to a group of team leaders, without building a full Journey.

• Authors: Build and publish package templates
• Admins: Assign packages and manage access permissions
• Participants: (Performance Support tag) complete packages in sequence and view their progress
• JSMs: Monitor completion, follow up on usage

1. Create a Package:
   • Go to Momenta Admin > Content > New Package Template
   • Enter Title and Default Language
   • Click Create
2. Add Content:
   • Open the Package and enter a Description
   • Click the + icon to add up to 10 supported content objects
   • Reorder and rename items if needed
3. Supported Content Types:

   Action, Moment, Concept, Insight, Exercise, Go-Do, Tool, Video, Summary Sheet, Interactive Challenge, Discussion Guide, Workshop, Bot, Image, Document

4. Final Steps:
   • Use Save Draft while building
   • Click Publish once complete

1. Access Control: Only users tagged under Performance Support will be able to see Packages
2. Assign Packages: Assign as an Assignment to include due dates and completion tracking
3. Linking: Packages open in overlay mode (except Pulse Experiences which open full-screen)

• Maximum Limit: Only 10 content items allowed per package
• Pulse Experiences: Will not open as overlays—use Journeys for full Pulse usage
• Assignments: Due dates are only visible when a package is assigned
• Access: Participants must be tagged “Performance Support” or they won’t see packages
