Cards

This article explains how to configure the Cards block in Momenta. The Cards block is used to present paired content using flip cards — useful for comparisons, definitions, or alternate perspectives. Each card has a front and back side and supports rich text formatting.

Use & Functionality

The Cards block is an interactive way to present information using flip-style cards. Each card has two sides:

  • Front: The default view when the card loads
  • Back: Displayed when a participant clicks the card

Each side includes full text formatting, and you can insert images, links, or lists as needed.

How to Configure Cards

  1. Add a Cards block from the authoring panel
  2. Click Edit on the block
  3. For each card:
    • Enter text or media for the Front
    • Enter content for the Back
    • Select a card size: Small, Medium, Large, or Extra Large
  4. Click Save to apply your settings

Display Considerations

  • Cards will auto-wrap into multiple rows depending on the screen size
  • This may not always break evenly (e.g., 6 cards = 4 and 2)
  • Be mindful of spacing and screen size — test responsiveness on different devices
  • Use Medium or Large cards for longer content
  • Use Small cards for short lists or quick facts
