Create a Quiz

1. In your content folder, click Add New > Content > New Quiz
2. Enter:
   • Quiz Title
   • Default Language
   • (Optional) Description, Expected Duration, Points, Theme, Resource Toggle
3. Click Add Question to begin building your quiz

Each question requires a unique JSID. There are three available question types:

• Single Select: One correct answer
• Multiple Select: More than one correct answer
• Ranking: User must place answers in the correct order

For each question:

• Add a prompt and optional description
• Define answer options
• Select which options are correct
• Add feedback for correct and incorrect responses (optional)

You can add as many questions as needed.

1. In the journey skeleton, click the 3-dot menu on the activity tile
2. Select Edit Activity
3. Important: Ensure the content type is set to Quiz (not Content Object)
4. Configure the following:
   • Quiz Summary or Introduction Page
   • KTB toggle if applicable
   • Question & answer ordering
   • Mandatory status and attempt limits
   • Feedback timing and visibility
   • Optional time limit

• Assign point values to specific questions
• Define how the score is displayed to participants
• Use points to feed learner scores or pass/fail logic

Configure the final message a participant sees based on their performance:

• Overall Summary Text: Appears for all participants
• Pass Message: Shown only if score meets pass threshold
• Fail Message: Shown if participant does not meet pass criteria
