Release 120, Jul 28

New Features:

1. Cronofy Integration: Coach OS now integrates with Cronofy to allow coaches to sync multiple external calendars and manage their availability based on real-time calendar events and defined working hours. While availability is sourced from Cronofy, all booking creation and management continues to be handled within Coach OS, ensuring a seamless experience for users. Cronofy’s UI components are used to simplify availability setup, eliminating the need for manually creating time slots in Coach OS.

2. Teams at Scale - Manage My Teams: The refreshed Manage My Teams page empowers Team Leaders and Admins with a modern interface to manage, track, and support their teams inside Momenta. This update removes the need for external dashboards like PowerBI, providing real-time, actionable insights within the platform.
Use Cases handled:

Set up new teams for a program rollout
Track overdue assignments across departments
Audit login activity and session completion rates

3. Teams Tab in Momenta: View and Manage Your Teams at Scale: The Teams Tab gives team managers and client admins direct access to their teams—no spreadsheets, no PowerBI, and no external tools. Whether you're overseeing one team or ten, this is your go-to workspace for viewing members, tracking progress, and taking action. This functionality reduces dependency on Engagement Success Managers and shifts more control to team leads.

Enhancements:

1. UI/UX - print styles: To ensure a consistent and accessible print experience across all browsers and devices, we have implemented universal print styles for our web pages. This enhancement allows users to seamlessly print content—whether to a physical printer or as a PDF—in a clean, structured, and user-friendly format.

New Features:

Teams at Scale: Auto Team Creation After Pulse Sessions: Objective of this epic was to enable a seamless and scalable experience for team creation following Pulse GetTogether sessions by automating team setup, leader assignment, and participant notifications. Key Capabilities Enabled are:

Auto-creation of teams post-session
Automatic assignment of the session leader as team manager
Notification to all team members
Admin-level control via a toggle setting in Pulse configuration

Phase 3 - Standard Templates Library: The Standard Templates Library is a new feature designed to help Admins quickly and consistently create scheduled notifications across all Journeys by using a set of pre-written, pre-configured message templates. Instead of starting each notification from scratch, Admins can now start from a ready-made template, significantly reducing setup time and ensuring consistency in language, logic, and structure across programs.

Enhancements:

UI/UX - assignment tables mobile view: To enhance mobile accessibility, the Assignment Table component has been updated with a responsive layout optimized for mobile screens. This change ensures that participants—particularly team leaders—can now easily navigate and interact with assignment content from their phones or tablets.

Delete functionality for the theme section: Previously, authors could create filters but could not remove them. Tech Debt:

Get Collection and Media Query Optimization -Author app: Enhancements have been made to improve the stability of the media functionality. These include fetching media records in smaller batches from the server and implementing pagination for media elements. These updates were introduced to optimize the performance of the media retrieval feature within the admin interface.

New Features:

Global UI (Unified User Experience): Global UI is a unified interface initiative across BTS’s digital platforms (Pulse, Momenta, and Isomer) that replaces the legacy UI and introduces a consistent experience across all participant views. This feature simplifies the navigation experience, removes technical redundancy, and meets accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.1). It was introduced to support smoother transitions across multiple digital products in journeys and pulse simulations.
Total Access – My Actions: This page shows a user all their committed actions across experiences.
Total Access – Packages: This object is optimized for single module learning experiences (up to ten objects in one flow).

Enhancements:

Accessibility implemenatation for micro video template: As part of our ongoing initiative to make the Momenta user interface more accessible, we are progressively rolling out accessibility enhancements in each release. In the current release, updates have been implemented for Micro Videos.

Enhancements:

Accessibility implementation for Native bots and Micro videos: As part of our ongoing initiative to make the Momenta user interface more accessible, we are progressively rolling out accessibility enhancements in each release. In the current release, updates have been implemented for Native Bots and Micro Videos.
SSO added features: New use cases have been added to enhance our SSO functionality for both Next Gen Pulse and Momenta+. These updates are part of ongoing efforts to improve security, usability, and integration across features.
Upload languages - UI Updates and API refactoring: Targeted improvements have been deployed to enhance the Journey Excel download experience, particularly for support across multiple languages.
Integrate Card Sort V2 into Momenta: The new version of the "Card Sort" activity type has been released to the production server today. However, it is not ready for immediate use due to few known configuration issues that are currently being addressed. We will notify you once these issues are resolved and the activity is fully ready for use.

Tech Debt / Refactoring:

1. NextGen Pulse Refactoring - Author app: As part of this update, we have optimized the codebase for NextGen Pulse within the Author app. These improvements aim to enhance performance and maintainability.

1. Enable NextGen Pulse in Momenta+: This feature now enables Team Leaders, defined in an exerceo configuration, to directly assign Pulse Sessions to any member of their team. Additionally, we’ve updated the User Interface of Pulse Landing pages so that it’s more intuitive and scalable for enterprise deliveries.
1. Scheduled Notifications:
- Conditions Enhancements: Expanded the flexibility of notification conditions with new primary and secondary options, including dynamic timing, score-based rules, login activity, and cohort join dates. Improved UI makes it easier to define complex delivery logic while reducing errors, giving admins greater control and precision over when and to whom notifications are sent.
- Notification Cloning Feature: Easily duplicate existing notifications across cohorts and teams within the same journey. Supports both single and bulk cloning, with editable content and conditions at the time of copy. Streamlines reuse, reduces manual setup, and ensures consistency across program communications.

Enhancements:

1. Data Privacy Policy for the Experience Cloud: We needed to have a comprehensive and adaptable boilerplate privacy policy notice tailored for a multi-platform environment (Journeys, Pulse, Total Access, and Coach). It includes provisions for data hosting, user rights, visibility on first-login, and platform-level structure with localization and customization flexibility.

New Features:

Momenta+, Performance support, "Content Type" labels display in the participant app: This feature focuses on updating the label displayed to participants when they see a content card in the global UI. Currently, all performance support objects are displayed as the “performance support” label, except for Micro Video template types. We need all content types to display for content cards, so that content authors can contextualize content to participants.
Momenta+, Path breadcrumbs for any performance support content object in Global UI: This feature focuses on providing path breadcrumb UI to all content objects that are marked as performance support and showing in the global UI via an Exerceo configuration. Impacted pages include Search, Home Page, and Topic pages.

Enhancements:

Coach in Momenta: Working with a key stakeholder, Katie Noll, we’ve identified that her client is looking to do a hybrid workshop session throughout their program. This means, the Coach OS is asked to offer physical location details as well as virtual session details for each workshop. In order to meet this need, we’ve solutioned that we will leverage a pod session “notes” field that is already available in the coach OS and make it more flexible so that Katie can add her physical location details in there. To enhance the experience, we will make sure mailers, and relevant reports are updated to display this new information.

Client Facilitated Isomer Sims: This offering allows us to add Isomer sims within NextGen Pulse flow, which will support client facilitation of Isomer sims. This will provide better control to the clients, over the delivery of their simulation content.

Enhancements:

Global UI - Secondary pages as overlays: Currently the pages in the global UI top bar open as standalone pages. These pages are better viewed as overlays/full page modals on top of the users' current page.
Total Access - Home Page Updates:

Change Focus tab in Home page to scan the leader’s full content library, then simplify it and sort the content by 'most recently added’ to show first (updated recommendation logic)
Add NextGen Pulse experiences into the Home page’s activity history
Add ‘Assignments’ to the Home page hero panel as the main priority and show there are new assignments on menu item.
