Auto Team Creation with Pulse and Total Access

Overview

Auto Team Creation links Pulse (GetTogethers) with Exerceo (Momenta Admin) to instantly create participant teams after a session ends. This eliminates the need for manual team setup while scaling seamlessly across large cohorts.

Use Case: A Pulse session ends, and a team is automatically created with the facilitator as team manager. Participants receive opt-in emails and can access their team via “Manage My Teams.”

Admin Setup Instructions

  1. Go to Admin Momenta > More > Configure Exerceo
  2. Add or edit a configuration
  3. Tag the correct Pulse experiences
  4. Click Save then Scan and Publish

Next:

  1. Navigate to the People tab
  2. Select participants > Click Add
  3. Confirm by clicking Publish

Finally:

  1. Go to the Teams tab in Exerceo
  2. Scroll to Experience-based Team Creation
  3. Click Add Experience > Select Pulse modules
  4. Click Save and Publish


Facilitator Flow

  • At the final report screen, click Mark Complete
  • A confirmation modal appears
  • A success toast will confirm auto-team creation

Note: This only applies to sessions created after the configuration has been published. Retroactive sessions are not supported.


Participant Experience

  • Receives an email notification after session ends
  • Can accept or decline team membership
  • Declining removes them from the team and any associated data
  • Accepted teams are visible under Manage My Teams


Managing Created Teams

  • Facilitators and Admins can access the team under Manage My Teams
  • Rename team or edit details via “Edit Details”
  • Monitor member progress via Teams tab
  • Archive inactive teams to clean up the view


Watchouts & Considerations

  • Auto-Team Creation only works for newly created Pulse sessions
  • Pulse and Exerceo mappings must be correct and synced
  • Anonymous Pulse sessions are not supported
  • Email notifications are handled in the Notification tab of Exerceo
  • Participants can be assigned to more than one team
