This article explains how to enable and configure the Standard Dashboard in Momenta. This Angular-based dashboard is available for all journeys without needing the Data team. It includes user progress, login data, Go-Dos, quizzes, NPS, assessments, and more.
Enable & Configure the Standard Dashboard
Step 1: Enable the Dashboard
- Enter the Journey Configuration page
- Go to the Dashboards & Reporting tab
- Toggle Standard Dashboard to ON
- Save & Publish the journey after enabling
Step 2: Configure Dashboard Components
- Select which dashboard tiles to show
- Only relevant tiles (with journey data) will be active — others will be grayed out
Step 3: Set Completion Logic
- Define which activities count toward completion
- Choose the final activity for linear journeys, or select all relevant ones for nonlinear flows
Step 4: Export Completion
You can download participant progress data by Stage, Module, or Activity for internal tracking.
Step 5: Enable User Responses
- Select JSIDs for any free-text or selection-based questions you want to include in dashboard reporting
Journey Data Page vs Standard Dashboard
The Journey Data Page is separate from the Standard Dashboard and is configured from the “Journey Data” tab under Dashboards & Reporting.
Use Case: When the internal data needs differ from what the client sees.
- Access the Data Page by selecting the 3-dot menu on a journey tile in the Admin App
- Edit the Journey Data page separately using the same customization tools
Note: If the Journey Data Page and Standard Dashboard are configured differently, they will display different data.
Standard Dashboard Access for Clients
The dashboard URL must be shared manually with clients or requested during journey setup. URL format:
https://clientnamedashboard.btsmomenta.com
Example: https://salesforcedashboard.btsmomenta.com
To Grant Access to a Client:
- Go to the participant’s profile
- Select Participant Permissions
- Assign both Report Reviewer and Facilitator roles
- Repeat this for all journeys the user is in under that client
Important: A user must have these roles in every journey they are part of within the same client, not just one.
Standard Dashboard Overview
- Login Trends: View user login history, active/inactive patterns, region summaries
- User Responses: Display participant responses for selected JSIDs
- Go-Dos: Track Go-Do status and themes
- Quiz: Filter quiz scores by user or question
- NPS Data: View Net Promoter Score results
- Assessment: Show assessment completions and download links
- Discussions: View all discussion thread content
- Export Data: Export journey data by date range (full data export = custom request)
- User Report: View individual participant progress
- Isomer: View Isomer simulation completion statuses
Supplemental Dashboard Customization
If additional metrics are needed (beyond what’s available in the standard dashboard), contact data.support@bts.com.
- This creates a Supplemental Tab on the Standard Dashboard
- For full customization workflows, refer to the Custom Dashboards article
Note: This is not a full rebuild—supplemental data appears as an added tab within the same dashboard shell.
