Momenta Advisor Role & PV Levels
A Momenta Advisor is assigned based on project needs and PV. Their role can vary by support level:
- Level 1 (25%): Core setup only (no content creation)
- Level 2 (50%): Core + Standard Content Authoring
- Level 3 (75%): Core + 2 support categories (e.g., authoring + rollout)
- Level 4 (100%): Full authoring, integration, user support, rollout
Support Categories:
- Standard Content Authoring — Build from wireframe/source doc
- Expanded Authoring — Sim integrations, translation, graphics ownership
- Extensive Rollout Support — Helpdesk, detailed user management, notifications
New Advisors: Add +1 day of PV for each level as a ramp-up buffer.
