  • Building content using BTS standard templates
  • Involving PMO, graphics, or Coach OS teams

Target Audience

  • Project Lead (PL): Owns scoping and project delivery
  • Account Manager (AM): Confirms client alignment and resource needs

Project Lifecycle Phases

     Phase 1: Getting Organized

  • Request resourcing: Submit to PRO (NA: Jonathan Chen / Robin Clawson)
  • Confirm signed SOW before starting internal or digital kickoff
  • Hold an internal kickoff:Align on team roles, content flow, and development needs

     Phase 2: Concept Development

  • Submit kickoff form:Triggers creation of the client collection and participant app
  • SSO support: Start early if the client requires SSO
  • Graphics alignment: Confirm branding requirements before build begins

     Phase 3: Content Development

     Phase 4: Test & Completion

  • Preview in Momenta using test users
  • Verify sync with Coach OS (if applicable)
  • Test comms plans, unlock logic, and dynamic content

     Phase 5: Deployment

  • Upload participants: Load cohorts via Import Roster
  • Launch plan: Roll out modules in phases or all at once
  • Journey Success: Begin dashboarding and metric tracking

     Phase 6: Engagement & Close

  • Advisor handoff: Momenta Advisor rolls off unless further support needed
  • Reporting follow-up: Advisor can return for dashboard or data insights

Watchouts & Considerations

  • Never build without a signed SOW: Confirm before kickoff or team alignment
  • Do not create duplicate client collections: It risks overwriting live content
  • SSO takes time: Raise early if needed
  • Use only client collections for live content: BTS and Demo collections are for internal/testing
  • Sync branding with graphics early: Especially when visual fidelity is a priority
