VIA: Virtual Individual Assessment

Overview

This article provides an overview of how to set up, configure, and link a Virtual Individual Assessment (VIA) in Momenta. VIA assessments allow participants to complete customized evaluation activities with no need for separate app logins.

Authoring VIA Content (Admin Portal)

1. Login to admin.btsmomenta.com
2. Navigate to destination folder > Add New > New VIA
3. Enter Title, Default Language, Points, Launch Button Text
4. Optional: Add sim logo, background color or image
5. Click Create and open the content object
6. Download and fill out Excel template for VIA content authoring
7. Upload content under Content tab > click Upload Content
8. Click Save and then Publish
9. Use Eval Forms tab to preview content
10. Re-upload if edits are needed (edit Excel > re-upload > Save > Publish)

Linking VIA to a Journey

1. Select or create your journey
2. Add a Session Bookingactivity
   • Title: e.g. "VIA Session"
   • Virtual toggle: On
   • Session Type: VIA Closed
3. Add new activity > Type = Via
4. Link your published VIA content object
5. Associate this activity with the VIA session booking created earlier
6. Save and Publish the journey
7. Reminder: After any edit to VIA content, re-link it and republish the journey
