Requesting Assessments

VIAs: Complete the Digital Project Info Smartsheet
All others: Post in #ask-assessment or contact the Product Owner. Then fill out the Assessment Intake Form

Adding to a Journey

Copy the assessment folder from the Standard Collection.
Rename and place in the correct client folder.
Publish all copied content (if Publish is disabled: Edit > Cancel > Save Draft).
Create journey activities for the assessment and the report.
Link content objects to the corresponding activities.
Link reports to the assessment.
Important: Do not assign the Panorama Selection report to participants.
Publish the journey.

August 2025 Update: Improved Report Linking Experience

What Changed:

The report selection panel now allows authors to browse reports by path within the same client collection.
After selection, the full path of the linked report is shown, making report identification easier.

Why This Matters:

Improves clarity when multiple reports share the same name.
Reduces risk of linking incorrect reports during setup.

Impacted Role: Authors only

Where to See It: Journey → Assessment Reports → Assessment → Link Report

Watchout: Only works for reports within the same client collection.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

PDF download button not working:
- Republish the report
- Delink and relink in Assessment Reports
- Re-publish the journey
Blank assessment or report: Content was not published after copying
Error/scores missing: Report still linked to original Standard Collection version or viewed before scoring
Fix: Republish copied versions and ensure correct links are used in the journey
Panorama setup: Create a separate activity for the practice test. Do not link the selection report to the participant.
