Overview

This article outlines how to integrate Halo 360 Feedback into a Momenta journey, including setup, required linking fields, participant flows, and troubleshooting for both job holders and raters.

Setting Up the Halo Activity in Momenta

  1. Navigate to the Momenta journey
  2. Add an activity and select ‘Halo Feedback’ as the type
  3. Enter activity title and optional launch text
  4. Save and publish the journey
  5. Unlock the journey after publishing

Required Integration Details

  • Participant Access Link: e.g. https://demo.btsmomenta.com/#/halo/<~partnerAccessLink~>
  • Deep Link for Job Holders: Created within the journey; unique per cohort
  • Cohort ID: Found under Cohort Configuration > Main Setting
  • API Context Code: Found in the Journey description (edit mode)

Finalizing Integration in Momenta

  1. Click options (3 dots) > Manage Cohort
  2. Select the Cohort and go to Cohort Configuration
  3. Enable Halo Integration toggle
  4. Paste the Halo Project ID provided by the Halo Survey Manager

Email Flow

  • Nomination Invite: Sent manually by PMO/consultant
  • Nomination Reminder: Sent automatically if nomination incomplete
  • Rater Invitation: Sent automatically when nominations are submitted
  • Rater/Job Holder Reminders: Sent automatically if incomplete

Participant Scenarios

Job Holder + Rater

  • Access via Momenta: launches both nomination + self-assessment
  • Access via email: launches peer feedback requests (no login required)

Rater Only

  • Place in a separate cohort and hide the Halo activity
  • Email invitation gives direct access to complete their feedback

Watchouts & Considerations

  • Test all links: Each cohort/project has unique deep links
  • Do not re-click Create Deep Link: It invalidates the previous one
  • Confirm details: All fields must match in Halo and Momenta
  • Communicate changes: Halo is a separate system. Sync changes carefully
