Shadow Feedback is an upcoming feature designed to capture real-time observational insights from coaches or peers during key learning moments. While this feature is still under development, this article outlines what we know so far and how to prepare for future implementation.
Feature Status
This feature is currently in development and not yet available for general use. More details will be added to this article as testing progresses and the configuration options are finalized.
If you are working on a journey or client pilot that may include Shadow Feedback in future iterations, please coordinate with your regional Digital Lead or platform SME.
Support & Troubleshooting
Until Shadow Feedback is released, general troubleshooting for integrated features (e.g., OnDemand or CoachOS syncing) still applies:
- Check DNS configuration: Confirm the infrastructure team created the correct URL
- Confirm Momenta and CoachOS match:
- Journey IDs match across both systems
- User emails match in both systems
- OnDemand-related?Make sure:
- The journey is not marked as “test” unless intended
- The correct storefront URL is being used
- PO validation, coach pools, and cohorts are all set
User Resets (OnDemand Only)
If you're using OnDemand and need to reset a user’s progress:
- Open the OnDemand Storefront Configuration
- Go to the Candidates tab
- Search by email
- Click Clear to remove stored progress
- For multiple resets: checkbox users → select Candidate Actions → Bulk Clear
This allows learners to start over from the beginning of their OnDemand experience.
