Create Themes for your Journey

• Themes are applied only to Resources and Actions (Go-Dos) at this time.
• Theme titles often align with a client's framework or strategic areas—check with the Consultant.
• Themes improve organization, filtering, and user relevance.

1. Go to the client’s journey folder and click Settings (top-right).
2. Click the > arrow until you reach the Themes tab.
3. Click Add New.
4. Enter the Theme Title and optional Description.
5. Select a color (avoid using images).
6. Click Add Theme and then Save.
7. The theme will appear in the list (alphabetical order).

1. Click into your journey and go to Journey Configuration.
2. Navigate to the Themes tab.
3. Toggle themes on for:
   • Enable for Resources
   • Enable for Actions
4. Click Save and then Publish.

1. Create or edit a Go-Do at the content level.
2. Complete required fields (JSID, Title, Description, etc.).
3. Scroll to the Themes dropdown and select the appropriate option.
4. Click Go, then Save and Publish.

1. Create or edit an Action at the content level.
2. Click the Themes dropdown and choose one or more themes.
3. At the user level, participants will be able to associate their Action with the selected theme(s).
4. Ensure the theme is toggled on in Journey Configuration for Actions (see above).

Known Bug: When you add a new theme or a new resource, it may not appear live immediately—even after publishing.

Workaround:

1. Un-toggle all theme options in Journey Configuration
2. Click Save and Publish
3. Re-toggle the themes
4. Click Save and Publish again
