Momenta Interface

Modified on Wed, 6 Aug at 1:20 AM

This article outlines the four main interfaces used in the Momenta platform: the Admin App, Client/Participant App, Facilitator App, and Data Dashboards. Each serves a specific function and requires different credentials or setup depending on your role and the client.

Overview

Momenta has four main application interfaces:

  • Admin App: For BTSers to manage journeys, users, and configurations.
  • Client/Participant App: Where participants engage with their journey content.
  • Facilitator App: Where facilitators access schedules and workshop info (if enabled).
  • Dashboard Interface: Where users view progress and performance data.

Momenta Admin Application

URL: https://admin.btsmomenta.com/

  • Used by BTSers to:
    • Build and manage content
    • Set up journeys and sessions
    • Configure cohorts and notifications
    • Create and manage user accounts
  • Access via BTS OneLogin > Momenta Admin tile.
  • Accounts must be created manually—email momentasupport@bts.com to request access.
  • Permissions vary depending on your role and the client collection assigned to you.

Client / Participant Application

Format: https://clientname.btsmomenta.com

  • Used by participants to access live journeys.
  • Each client has one URL per collection, used across all their programs.
  • BTSers can test participant view by adding themselves to a test cohort.
  • Login is via:
    • SSO (for BTS or Demo clients)
    • Email + Password (for client participants)
  • If manual login is disabled, click the Momenta icon at the bottom right of the SSO screen to access the email login form.

Note: Participant access must be created per client collection—access in one does not grant access in others.

Facilitator Application

URL: https://facilitator.btsmomenta.com/

  • Used by facilitators to access sessions and workshop details.
  • Only functions when a Workshop component has been added to the journey.
  • More detailed documentation coming soon.

Data Dashboard Interface

Format: https://clientnamedashboard.btsmomenta.com

  • Hosts both Standard and Custom dashboards (Power BI or Angular).
  • Access can be granted to both BTSers and clients.
  • Dashboards are client-specific and usually linked via reporting setup.

Watchouts & Considerations

  • Having Admin App access does not grant you participant access.
  • You must be added to a cohort as a participant to log into the participant app.
  • Each participant app is isolated—access in one does not apply to others.
  • SSO logins only work for BTS or Demo collections; clients authenticate against their own systems.
  • Always check which app URL you’re using when troubleshooting login or data issues.
