This article explains how to access the Momenta platform and outlines login methods for Admins, Participants, and Facilitators. Momenta is BTS’s unified platform for managing and delivering learning journeys, coaching, and simulations across client programs.
Introduction & Purpose
Momenta is BTS's unified platform that supports journeys from kickoff to completion. It hosts a wide range of features across different user types and integrates tools such as CoachOS, Pulse, and Isomer.
Use Momenta to manage:
- Self-paced learning content
- Prework
- Go-dos / Actions
- Resources
- Session booking (CoachOS / Scheduler)
- CoachOS features (Bench, MBIR, Cardsort)
- Pulse and Isomer simulations
- KTB / RLI standard content (in development)
- BTS practice libraries (e.g. Leadership, Coach, Sales)
Target Audience
- Participants: Engage in journeys, complete content, and book sessions
- Facilitators: View their sessions via the Facilitator portal
- Authors / JSMs: Build and configure content and journeys
- Admins: Manage client collections, users, and settings in the Admin App
Momenta Application Portals
- Admin App: https://admin.btsmomenta.com
- Used to manage journeys, cohorts, content, notifications, users
- Only accessible by BTSers
- Participant App:
https://clientname.btsmomenta.com
- Used by participants to access live journeys and simulations
- One URL per client (reused across all client programs)
- Access only works if the user is loaded as a participant in that client collection
- Facilitator App: https://facilitator.btsmomenta.com
- Used by facilitators to view assigned sessions and workshop components
- Only functions if a workshop component is enabled in the journey
Logging In
Admin App Login:
- Go to admin.btsmomenta.com
- Login using your BTS email and your Momenta password (not OneLogin)
- To request access, email momentasupport@bts.com with your name and email
- SSO login via OneLogin will be supported in the future
Participant App Login:
- Visit the participant URL:
https://clientname.btsmomenta.com
- Login using your email and Momenta password
- SSO login is only supported if configured for that client
- To bypass an SSO-only login, click the Momenta icon at the bottom-right to open the email/password form
- Note: Admin account access does not grant you participant access
Watchouts & Considerations
- Client collections = separate servers: Each one has its own URL, login setup, and configuration
- SSO is not universal: Only available when enabled per client collection
- No multi-URL support: Each client has only one participant URL
- Admin ≠ Participant: You must be loaded separately as a participant to test content
- Clicking the Momenta icon on the login screen provides manual login access if SSO is enforced
