Overview
This guide explains how to whitelist Momenta URLs in Pulse to enable the full functionality of BTS OnDemand registration and storefront experiences. Ensuring these URLs are whitelisted prevents user-facing errors and ensures seamless access to Momenta-powered content.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into Pulse
- Go to your Pulse instance (e.g.,
https://pulse.btspulse.com
) - Log in using your Pulse credentials
Step 2: Access Management
- In the Application dropdown, select Management
- Leave the Experience field unchanged
- Click Enter
Step 3: Open Cloudfront Config
- Find and click the Cloudfront Config tab
- If not visible, hover over the ellipsis (...) to reveal hidden tabs
Step 4: Search and Whitelist the URL
- Use the grey filter/search boxes to locate your Momenta URL in both:
- CloudFront
- Whitelist Domains
- If the Momenta URL is not foundin either list:
- Add it manually to both to fully enable storefront functionality

- Two list requirement: Momenta URLs must be in both CloudFront and Whitelist Domains tabs
