Overview

This guide explains how to whitelist Momenta URLs in Pulse to enable the full functionality of BTS OnDemand registration and storefront experiences. Ensuring these URLs are whitelisted prevents user-facing errors and ensures seamless access to Momenta-powered content.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Log into Pulse
  • Go to your Pulse instance (e.g., https://pulse.btspulse.com)
  • Log in using your Pulse credentials
Step 2: Access Management
  • In the Application dropdown, select Management
  • Leave the Experience field unchanged
  • Click Enter
Step 3: Open Cloudfront Config
  • Find and click the Cloudfront Config tab
  • If not visible, hover over the ellipsis (...) to reveal hidden tabs
Step 4: Search and Whitelist the URL
  • Use the grey filter/search boxes to locate your Momenta URL in both:
    • CloudFront
    • Whitelist Domains
  • If the Momenta URL is not foundin either list:
    • Add it manually to both to fully enable storefront functionality
