- Automated Assessment Journey Linking: Copying assessment journeys is now more efficient with automated linking of content and reports, eliminating the need for manual re-linking and reducing errors.
- Dynamic HTML Page Titles: We've enhanced accessibility by adding dynamic HTML page titles, ensuring that page titles update based on navigation, improving user experience.
- Global UI Accessibility: Addressed various global UI accessibility issues to ensure a more inclusive interface.
- Micro Videos Accessibility Updates: Implemented the second round of accessibility updates for micro videos, focusing on button labels and overall user interaction improvements.

New Features:
- Cronofy Integration: Coach OS now integrates with Cronofy to allow coaches to sync multiple external calendars and manage their availability based on real-time calendar events and defined working hours. While availability is sourced from Cronofy, all booking creation and management continues to be handled within Coach OS, ensuring a seamless experience for users. Cronofy’s UI components are used to simplify availability setup, eliminating the need for manually creating time slots in Coach OS.
- Teams at Scale - Manage My Teams: The refreshed Manage My Teams page empowers Team Leaders and Admins with a modern interface to manage, track, and support their teams inside Momenta. This update removes the need for external dashboards like PowerBI, providing real-time, actionable insights within the platform. Use Cases handled:
- Set up new teams for a program rollout
- Track overdue assignments across departments
- Audit login activity and session completion rates
- Teams Tab in Momenta: View and Manage Your Teams at Scale: The Teams Tab gives team managers and client admins direct access to their teams—no spreadsheets, no PowerBI, and no external tools. Whether you're overseeing one team or ten, this is your go-to workspace for viewing members, tracking progress, and taking action. This functionality reduces dependency on Engagement Success Managers and shifts more control to team leads.
Enhancements:
- UI/UX - print styles: To ensure a consistent and accessible print experience across all browsers and devices, we have implemented universal print styles for our web pages. This enhancement allows users to seamlessly print content—whether to a physical printer or as a PDF—in a clean, structured, and user-friendly format.
14th July 2025 - Release #119
New Features:
Teams at Scale: Auto Team Creation After Pulse Sessions: Objective of this epic was to enable a seamless and scalable experience for team creation following Pulse GetTogether sessions by automating team setup, leader assignment, and participant notifications.
Phase 3 - Standard Templates Library: The Standard Templates Library is a new feature designed to help Admins quickly and consistently create scheduled notifications across all Journeys by using a set of pre-written, pre-configured message templates. Instead of starting each notification from scratch, Admins can now start from a ready-made template, significantly reducing setup time and ensuring consistency in language, logic, and structure across programs.
Enhancements:
UI/UX - Assignment Table Mobile View: To enhance mobile accessibility, the Assignment Table component has been updated with a responsive layout optimized for mobile screens. This change ensures that participants — particularly team leaders — can now easily navigate and interact with assignment content from their phones or tablets.
UI/UX - Print Styles Update: New style sheets have been implemented for printing pages. This update ensures that all accordion content expands automatically when printing and removes unnecessary UI elements such as navigation menus and headers.
30th June 2025 - Release #118
Enhancements:
Removing A Resource Filter: Previously, authors could create filters but could not remove them. This update allows for cleaner configurations by deleting unused or mistaken filters from the admin UI.
