2. I can’t remember my password — how do I reset it? |

4. How long does the GM Moments Simulation take to complete? |

5. When is the simulation due? |

Please note that if the simulation is not completed by the deadline, your coaching debrief session may need to be rescheduled, and Thermo Fisher will incur a fee for rescheduling. 6. Can I pause the simulation and return later? |

However, once you complete the simulation and submit it, you will not be able to re-enter or make changes to your responses. 7. How do I book my coaching debrief session? |

Log in to Momenta here: https://thermofisher.btsmomenta.com/#/auth/login 2. Navigate to the left-hand menu and select “Your Debrief Coaching Session.” 3. 8. Can I reschedule my coaching debrief session? |

To request a reschedule of your coaching debrief session, please email Elya.Bottiger@bts.com directly, as she manages the coaching calendar. We have CC-ed Elya to this email. Please note: – If you need to reschedule within 7 days of your scheduled session, a fee will be incurred and written approval from the program sponsor at Thermo Fisher will be required. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to review your calendar carefully before booking and to provide as much notice as possible if changes are needed. Thank you, Your Help Desk Support |
9. What happens if I miss my coaching debrief session? |
Hello {{ticket.requester.firstname}}, Thank you for reaching out. If you miss your scheduled coaching debrief session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show. In this case, a fee will be incurred and written approval from the program sponsor at Thermo Fisher will be required before the session can be rescheduled. To avoid additional fees and scheduling challenges, we strongly encourage you to review your calendar carefully before booking and notify us as early as possible if you anticipate a conflict. 10. Will my manager or Thermo Fisher see what is discussed in my coaching session? |

Our coaches are ICF certified and will not share the details of your conversations during the debrief meeting with Thermo Fisher or your manager. 11. What do I need to do to complete the AGM program? |

To complete the Aspiring GM Program, you must: – Complete the Hogan Assessments by October 3rd, 2025. – Complete the GM Moments Simulation by November 5th, 2025. – Attend your scheduled Debrief Coaching Session between November 10th – December 5th, 2025. 12. Who at Thermo Fisher will see my results? |
